New and experienced project managers alike struggle with MS Project, and few too many know the common pitfalls and how to avoid them.  Kim Liegel, seasoned MS Project user, will explain how MS Project "works behind the scenes" on your schedule so you can leverage its power rather than be tripped up by it. 

About the Presenter

Kim Liegel, PMP, and current Program Manager at GarageGames, has more than eighteen years of experience managing an array of projects and programs, predominantly in the high tech industry.  Her careerpath includes time with companies such as Nike, Oracle, and Symantec, with small to mid-sized technology companies in between.

Kim has provided years of volunteer leadership through her PMI involvement as PMI EDSIG VP Communications, Eugene PMI Branch VP Membership, VP Education, VP Programs and President.  She is also a Charter Member of the Project Learning Partnership, led by the PMI Educational Foundation, involved with supporting project learning in K-12 education worldwide.
