are kicking off our 2008-2009 season with a dynamic individual from the
State of Oregon. Dr. Tim Raschulte has been instrumental in the
changing of process and organizations at the State of Oregon level,
working diligently with entire PMO’s as well as individual project
managers as the State worked through a major change. Throughout that
process change, Dr. Raschulte noted various elements of change that
